The workplace is comprised of women who excel at empathy and communication and men who bring the “hard skills” like critical thinking and problem solving… right? Uh no, not so much. But that type of either-or thinking is all too common. Unfortunately, it does not serve the interests of the men and women who make up the workforce nor the businesses who rely on their contribution of talent.
